The farm was born from the commitment of Baron Emanuele Scammacca del Murgo.
After a long and brilliant diplomatic career, which led him to be Ambassador of Italy in various countries, as well as Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the Baron decided in 1981 to transform the ancient family land properties into modern production companies, implementing gradual but keep improving.
Today the children proudly continue the family tradition, on Etna, in Sicily and in Lazio.
